I ask that you rescheduled or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. I charge 100% of the appointment total for all no-call no-shows and a 50% cancellation fee within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is no penalty if you wake up with cold or flu like symptoms or have a fever and need to cancel the day of your appointment. Let me know as soon as possible. I will waive the cancellation fee, but you will be unable to reschedule your next massage for 2 weeks after any illness.
